BMG Chrysalis Buys Infectious Music Label

BMG Chrysalis U.K. has acquired British independent label Infectious Music for an undisclosed sum.

As part of the deal, Infectious will move its operations into BMG Chrysalis U.K.’s central London offices with Infectious chairman and founder Korda Marshall reporting to BMG Chrysalis U.K. executive vice president Alexi Cory-Smith. It is understood that all 6 staff currently working at the label will remain with the company.
